70¢/mi Solo start (rises to 75¢) or 30–35% gross

80¢–85¢/mi Team pay or 40–42% of gross

4k–7k Miles/wk (Solo 4k–5k / Team 6k–7k)

Up to $1,000 Level 1 clean inspection bonus
